Preparation first

Tiles are only as good as the surface behind them. Before we start, we check the wall or floor is sound and flat, confirm waterproofing for wet areas, and agree the layout so cuts are balanced and nothing awkward ends up in the middle of the wall.

Your quote covers who supplies the tiles, adhesive, grout colour and trims, and what preparation is included. Large wet-room projects that need specialist tanking are referred to a suitable specialist.
