YSE Renovations Ltd (company number 17512517, registered office Furlow House, London NW9 5AF) is responsible for the personal information you give us through this website, by phone, WhatsApp or email. Contact us at info@yserenovations.com.

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address (if given), postcode, details of your property and the job, and any photos you send us.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare and discuss a quote, and carry out and invoice any work you book. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing without your permission.

Who we share it with

Enquiries sent through our website form are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) and stored by our email provider. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies. We may share job details with a qualified tradesperson only if your project needs one and you agree.

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, so there is nothing to accept or decline. If we add analytics in future, we'll ask for your consent first and update this notice.

Fonts

The text styles on this site load from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Google says it doesn't use this to profile visitors. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

How long we keep it

If you don't go ahead, we delete enquiry details within 12 months. If you book work, we keep job and invoice records for as long as UK tax law requires, usually six years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@yserenovations.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
