We check the floor before we quote
A good floor depends on what's underneath it. Before we price the job, we check the subfloor, measure each room and look at doorways and thresholds. If levelling or repairs are needed, we tell you upfront rather than finding out halfway through.
Your quote shows whether we're supplying the flooring or fitting yours, what underlay is included, how old flooring will be removed and disposed of, and how the edges will be finished.

Can you fit flooring I've already bought?
Yes. Let us know the product and the room sizes, and we'll check it suits the subfloor before quoting.
Do I need underlay?
Almost always, yes. The right underlay reduces noise, protects against moisture and helps the floor last. We'll recommend one.
Can flooring go in a kitchen or bathroom?
Some laminate and engineered products are suitable for kitchens. Bathrooms need water-resistant products. We'll advise for your room.
