Frequently asked questions
How do I get a quote?
Use the quote form, call, or send us a WhatsApp. Tell us what you need, your postcode and your preferred timing. Photos and rough room measurements help us give you an accurate price faster. For larger jobs we'll arrange a visit.
Do you cover my area?
We're based in Colindale (NW9) and cover all of London. For jobs further from our base, any travel cost is shown clearly on your quote.
Do you supply the materials?
We can, or you can supply your own. Either way, the quote states clearly who is buying what, and labour and materials are listed separately.
Will the price change once you've started?
Not without your say-so. If we find something that couldn't be seen before, we stop, explain it and only carry out extra work once you've approved it in writing.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. Single rooms, splashbacks, regrouting, toilet fixes and touch-ups are all welcome. Very small jobs may have a minimum charge to cover travel, and we'll tell you upfront.
Do you do electrical, gas or plumbing work?
Beyond basic toilet fixes, no. Gas, electrical and larger plumbing work must be done by qualified, registered tradespeople. If your project needs it, we'll recommend someone suitable.
